1.  Please read through the following list of information items.  We hope you find them as helpful reference tools.

b.    Summary of the Use Restrictions Imposed Upon Unit Owners (Declaration of Condominium). To access, click here.
c.    Architectural Review Board (ARB) Application.  To complete this form, an owner is required to fill out the ARB form, scan the completed form into pdf format and email to Bonnie Gonzalez at  bgonzalez@sentrymgt.com.  Bonnie would like to receive all attachments in PDF format.  If you have questions, you may contact Bonnie Gonzalez, Division Vice President, Sentry Management via electronic mail (see above address), text messaging/mobile (352-343-51230). To access the this form click on ARC Application listed on this website 

2.  VoSSCOA Board Members.   The Board Members listing is posted on the Owners Directory (see page 15). Board meetings are held on a monthly basis.   The meeting agendas, dates, and times are posted at the community mail station.  In addition, this information will be forwarded to owners via electronic mail.

3.  VoSSCOA Management Company.   The management company is Sentry Management.  The District Manager is Bonnie Gonzalez and can be reached by phone (352-343-5706, ext. 58003) or by email (bgonzalez@sentrymgt.com).

4.  VoSSCOA Website.  To receive your password and user id for this website, please contact Rita McCulloch, Communications Committee, by phone (571-201-6977) or by email (rita.mcculloch@gmail.com).  An owner can change his/her password by clicking on the user’s name (located on the right side of the screen just above the ‘Announcements’). Click on ‘Edit Profile’ and then click on ‘Manage Password’.  A password must be at least seven (7) characters in length. The password can be seven numbers, seven letters of the alphabet, or any combination of characters. The username is not case sensitive; however, the password field is case sensitive. Passwords can be changed as often as necessary.
